This page identifies third parties that may process personal information for BrandStory in connection with the website, enquiries or relevant client services.

Website vendors

  • Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — Online identifiers, device, page, event and consent data.
  • Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity interaction analytics and session playback — Online identifiers, device, page, interaction and masked DOM data.
  • monday.com Ltd. — monday CRM for enquiry and relationship management — Submitted contact, company, enquiry, attribution and communication data.
  • DigitalOcean — Website hosting, delivery and related infrastructure — Server, traffic and operational logs as needed to run the site.
  • Google Workspace — Business email and related communications — Message content and mailbox metadata for operational and marketing communications where applicable.
  • monday.com (monday CRM) — Enquiry CRM and follow-up workflow — Same enquiry and relationship data as above.
  • BrandStory first-party CMP — Consent banner, preference centre and consent records — Consent status, category choices, timestamp and related technical identifiers stored in the visitor’s browser.

For client-delivery subprocessors used in contracted projects, the applicable agreement or a separate client notice may apply. Contracted clients may request notice of material changes to website vendors that process their personal data by contacting contact@brandstoryglobal.com.
